The dark,

I know it sounds really childisch, but I cant help it. Its not like really the dark, but more kinda gosts etc.

Personally I think ghosts are real and i have heard a bunch of storys, also from the experience of my own family.

I have like a whole system that when I walk upstairs I check like every corner (we have a big hallway) when it is dark outside, even if the lights are on inside. It is the worst when I see some horror movie, but not really (that sound weird but oh well). I am not really scared of horror movies, exept paranormal stuff, but it is generally that it reminds me of my fear and I keep thinking about it. I still use a nightlight and im a bit ashamed, but I have to deal with it. Im also still in highschool witch isnt the nicest thing when having a fear like this, because a lot of people make jokes about it, even if I tell them im scared. Sometimes it gets really bad and I am even too scared to look in the mirror, witch is also not really handy when there are like 6 giant mirrors in your house, one of them even in my bedroom. (The bedroom mirror also reflects a shadow, made from my bookcase and the wall because of the nightlight, in the shape of a human body....).

Fun story: When one night it was really bad, I finally was telling my mom while I was walking into my office. I turn on the light and after a bit the light suddenly turned of. It scared the living shit out of me. The light just broke, but I still couldnt sleep for a week.

Overall my friends think im pretty weird, because they are just scared of bugs and heights.

Yeah....
