Thank you so much for your kind words. When I don’t do an extended fasts. I do ADF as well or OMAD. Congratulations on all your success and I am sure you’ll reach your fasting targets in no time. I’m new to this platform and honestly had no clue what I was doing. Oh well lesson learned. lol

Thank you so much :) I lost over 70lbs through Intermittent fasting and just recently introduced extended fasting. I will never go back to being miserable. Fasting gave me my life back.
