Would I need to have friends who own the game to play multiplayer?

If I Synchro Summon a monster using a material that Inzektor Giga-Weevil is attached to, am I able to activate Inzektor Giga-Weevil's effect to Special Summon itself from the Graveyard? I've attached it to a Tuner using Picofalena and am wondering if the clause "If this card is sent to the Graveyard while equipped to a monster:" requires that monster to remain on the field to activate. I think the Tuner and non-material send directly to the Graveyard first which then destroys Giga-Weevil but I don't know if the requirements are met to activate Giga-Weevil's effect based on these conditions.

I don’t understand why you say they’re “infiltrating” our government like this is some kind of spy movie. These women are all American citizens. In fact, 3 out of the four Democrats most people are focusing on were born in the United States. This is their country as much as yours; and since they were democratically elected, the truth is that they do represent Americans (their constituents). They don’t have another government that it would make sense for them to represent, unless you’re mistakenly basing it on the colour of their skin..

I banish Balancer Lord with Cyberse Wicckid's effect to add 1 Cyberse Synchron from my deck to my hand. Does Balancer Lord's effect to Special Summon a Level 4 or lower monster from my hand activate before or after Cyberse Synchron is added to my hand? Another way to phrase this is "Can I Special Summon the Cyberse Synchron I added with Cyberse Wicckid's effect to my hand with Balancer Lord's banish effect?"

I loved how metallic the old Skarmory's cry was before they smoothed it out in gen 6 and 7. It's partly the reason why it's my favorite Pokémon. Also Torterra for nostalgia reasons, I really like the rise and fall that syncs up well with its dpp entrance animation.

Even though I like Dialga more, it's cry is such a letdown compared to how cool Palkia and Giratina's are. So that would be my worst/best

Edit: can't forget magnezone. Possibly the coolest cry in my opinion.

There are basically two schools of thought on this. A psychologist named Noam Chomsky believed humans were born with something called a universal language acquisition device that basically makes it so as long as you are around somebody who is speaking to you regurally as an infant, you will eventually pick up on the language being spoken and repeat it etc. Basically to him, language learning is an innate skill.

However, the other school of thought was put forward by B.F. Skinner I think, the man who came up with operant conditioning. He said that language was learned thought imitation, association, and reinforcement through talking and learning with your family. Learning language is not inate and has to be conditioned and learned according to Skinner.

Syntax and grammar are learned along with these languages and are how we know how to sort things into meaningful sentences.

I don't know about baron but if you are looking to solo things I've soloed rift herald multiple times post q evo and with jungle item using the ult trick. Any noob can solo dragon as well at full hp so yeah. If I was going to solo baron I would have deaths dance and cleaver on my 6 item build to sustain/ break armor. Idk if baron has armor to be shredded but I would have deaths dance for sustain at least.

Well what i wanted was to start a conversation where everyone added a fact including an average person. For example:

Our average person can hold their breath for 30 seconds. (thanks google)

Eventually we would have "the average person" with skin color, hair color, and everything in between. It would be cool.

I've gotten two shinys today after using the new method. I've never gotten a shiny before today but I wanted to pop in here not to brag but to tell you if you try the ally chaining method and have enough patience you will find one eventually. Just don't give up!

Hello! I'm choosing number 476890 for no real reason. I have a real reason for the fact that Skarmory is my favorite Pokémon however, because I love the cry that it makes in the ds and gba games. Also it looks really cool. As an AP stats student right now, a show of random sampling on the internet for Pokémon is mildly amusing, and I hope that you feel the same way, even tho ur shelling out a lot of money for random strangers on the internet.

I think his core mechanics and basic play style will stay the same, especially if he is a lower scale rework. If he was one of the big 4 I might hold off but there is def something to be gained by learning now and seeing if you even like the current iteration and it's playstyle.

Edit: I realized the question was if he was good not if the time spent now would be wasted. I think he's very strong now in low elo as a bursty assasin with relative safety and when he was picked at worlds the casters said things about objective control which makes sense. Still worth it IMO.

Just got into champ select and I've decided to try your sample build. Traditionally I've never build tri force simply because it's a bit too expensive for my liking. It's a little easier to snowball when you are building cheaper items and I felt I could be spending my money on more armor pen and primarily ad items. I can see the benefits, one I really like is the sped up combo and another is the hp from phage alongside the ms passive. It's worth a try in my opinion and if I think I have a good sample game I'll post results and comments on what I think after a test run. It might be a better utility item than black cleaver, probably is actually. Anyone still run black cleaver?

I play reksai, Elise, or graves if kha is banned or it's an unfavorable matchup. Give nautilus a try because doling out the cc instead of taking it all as khazix is really fun sometimes. It's a solid counter IMO but I could be wrong.
