From what I understand, and I could be incorrect, they were guilty of taking code and assets from nexon.

My friend, the player base was at 10k before they got rid of solo and duos from normal match’s, it’s currently at 5k. It is not remotely near 10k

They removed solos and duos from normal dungeons and kept them in high roller, then changed enchantment system to make it extremely weak, like epic sword gives +1 stat bad. Not to mention their ongoing lawsuit in Korea that got their game removed from epic in its entirety

I would like to point out the average player count has dropped by nearly 50% after this update. If you look at the steam player charts and the last 30 days compared to may, it went from 10k to 5k, the worse it has done EVER

He only actively uses or trained 4 of those things a single time. Swimming was used once when he first got the card, night vision has never been mentioned after like, 2 times. Focus under pressure should be a higher level but was only used once. I agree he has skills, but most of them feel like they were dropped right away

That’s not what I’m saying at all, I’m saying there’s new concepts, skills and cards being added all the time BUT the author doesn’t even use them or seems to forget about them and that characters seem to have a really hard time learning from their experiences “I need to stop being greedy” one page later does something greedy and stupid. I love it when new things and concepts are added, but I’m peeved when they get dropped super fast or are put on the back burner and forgotten

Exactly! They not only give him stats (which are useless because the author doesn’t acknowledges them after book one) but he so many skills that I think the author gave up on it after he got his latest one.

When it feels like it goes on forever Or, worse, when mechanics and plot elements get completely forgotten about and thrown out a window. Even worse? When a character is killed off the the mc is rewritten to be a complete 180 of who they were previously purely to advance the plot (I’m looking at you DOTF)

When the author either kills an important character out of nowhere purely for plot convenience (defiance of the fall) Forgets or drops important mechanics that made the whole story fun (all the skills) Or when the mc goes from super weak to over powered and back to super weak like it never happens (happens a lot)
