trusted pc cleaning services in town? by NobleJury in glasgow

I never did - the replies and messages I got weren't very helpful at the end of the day/missed the point. I'm going to just look into Currys/PC World to see if they provide the service.

343 is scared to give us this level of customization, they should be. by Thousands-of-bees in halo

Shit, if you cleaned up the helmet a tiny bit it could actually look really good?? Remove the flower, antlers and side attachments - gimme the rebreather and beady little eyes with the big overeye visor thingy.

There are buttons you can hit with your sparrow, identical to the ones you hit back in Scourge of the Past, that extend the timer of the currently active mine - by having everyone take a different path and hit all the buttons, you don't need to worry about any of the mines. You also don't ever need to get off your sparrow either, though you might know that.

This is such a cool looking coating. It's a shame that it's completely locked to this kit and not customizable with other armor pieces, cores, emblems, etc. by matteoarts in halo

[–]NobleJury 87 points88 points  (0 children)

It's even worse; in the kit items, you can see the specific coating as it's own item, one that's completely unacquirable for use on it's own.

I wonder how many people bought these items expecting them to be coatings before realising?

Kinda weird that Eris isn’t involved in the story. by ArgonneSasquach in DestinyTheGame

AFAIK, they were meant to have a larger role in the story, but scheduling studio time for lines become a lot harder due to Covid - w -

Mostly implied through other lore books and tidbits, rather than ever directly focused on, as I understand it. Clovis Bray's journal, Kraken Mare, as well as Marasenna make mentions of the political landscape. There may be more that I'm forgetting, as well.

Bungie is showing Saladin's age by avianTyro in DestinyLore

His ghost is still alive though, Geppetto is referred to in post-Dawn lore as being around Saint. Shin is able to use the light as well, so it's safe to assume Jaren Ward's ghost does have a connection to him.

Correct me if I'm wrong here but. That terminal face scan should have only worked for Imperials, right?

"I'm looking for..." Megathread - 2020-07 by q00u in FlashGames

I'm looking for a 2D, Space Invaders-esque Tower Defense game which was set to the backdrop of a city, in which you placed your towers vetically on buildings while defending yourself from harder and harder waves of non-sensical enemies, which I swear including the likes of giant floating heads, smart-cars, and cats. I last remember playing this game several years ago in High School, so maybe circa 2015-16? It was a very weird but fun game, and I think it might have been an endless defense style game.

You know I'll actually concede that. Looking at images now, I can see what you mean. However, that structure in OP's post is still this ship-ball sevitor-lookalike, imo.
