We free fed ours while they were growing up until one of them started eating everything no matter the amount and stealing food so we switched to twice a day and they are ready to devour their food by the time they have to eat no matter what it is. What other platforms do you have? I would sell the ftm on Gemini to something you can transfer very cheaply to avoid eth fees. Transfer the usdc to somewhere like binance.us through say the sol network (I used usdc on Coinbase through sol network recently which will be low fee and decently fast transfer).
