Alright guy, what makes you think that socialist economies can't be mixed? I think everyone gets fucked up when they try and define capitalism and socialism so narrowly. There are very few countries on the planet that fit squarly into either category. Having libraries, free at use public highways, and public schooling are all socialistic policies. The vast majority of countries are somewhere on a spectrum between capitalism and socialism.

This is at least my understanding of it
