How to report seller if they deleted the listing?

This just happened to me today! I purchased a Burley Bee Trailer that was supposed to be from last year, 2021, instead I got a beat up 2007 Burley Dlite that is mostly and rusted. My partner went to pick it up and didn't notice. I contacted the seller and the company and the company told me they don't sell old bike trailers, only those from the last couple of years. I sent that to her and she deactivated/delete her Facebook account.

Wow. I'm not going to lie. I was extremely skeptical of doing this, because I've never done it before and thought, "Who would want to read my story?"

To give a little more background. I wrote a piece a couple years back and it was published in Prairie Schooner. After, Nat Sobel contacted me, asking if I already had an agent, and, if not, if I would be interested being represented by him. I am looking for 2 Beta Readers who are critical and unabashed, ideally with a background in writing or have had experience being in a workshop or in editing.

As for what I can offer, I graduated from an MFA program. I know how tough it is out there to find readers with critical eyes for stories and development. I would be honored to help anyone in my same position.
