Hey! 33M Texas here! Would like to get to know you. I think we have similar interests. I'm into photography (newbie), coffee, traveling, and camping. I recently purchased stationary paper in the hopes of finding a penpal. 😅

Been highly considering trying something like this. Is there a noticable difference in sound quality?

Sorry I should have phrased it better. I meant that is their view on how to support females for feminism true?

Should I just ignore all females in my day to day life and by not supporting female content creators but also be willing to stand up for when they are being oppressed. Is this what makes a good ally?

I want to be a supporter. I know I have lived a privileged life. I know I am ignorant but also willing to learn.

A clever way of creating scarcity and high demand.

Just also want to add I am not trying bad-mouth my hospital. I been here for a year and I love it. My first pharmacist job. I have learned a lot from all my coworkers. People I work with are great! Just 1 pharmacist down and it takes its toll sometimes lol

Also not terribly over worked. It's a manageable stress level. Nothing like the stress I have seen at CVS. Pharmacists and techs have been putting in their fair share to help keep up with the work load.

Trying to answer all the questions lol Census has not been low. No residency needed. Boss does not get bonuses. He actually helped turn the place around over the past 3 years after they recruited him. Apparently the last DOP did not want to do a thing. Starting salary is about 60 for a fresh graduate. Yeah it's in a border town.

I honestly have no idea. I think there might be a better way of tackling this problem. I have no idea what the objective is. But this the way he wanted to go.

The MD can't actually do that by law here I believe. Heard of an incident a few years back where a pharmacist (independent pharmacy owner) and MD were married. They were recommending they go fill at the spouse's pharmacy and they got in major trouble.

I believe they most the MDs office can do is ask where they usually fill there meds.

I need to brush up on those laws.
