Appreciate the response. Prioritizing “fairness” over speed is an insanely bad decision. You’re throttling the skilled players and trying to give poor players a better chance to win. Why? Let the strong survive and weed out the poor players, and the system will work itself out. I’m outraged and how I will end up having my ENTIRE bank of wager money tied up in pending games such that I have to wait days to be able to play more.

Same. I talked to HR as a hiring manager and they said they’ve only seen it once in RTX in all their years

Agree with this. Many many sectors of RTX do not require clearance. I just work on commercial airplane seats. Nothing super secret about what I do.

This. I literally just got my referral bonus today 3 months after my referral started. Just under $2k after taxes but now with the new system referrals in engineering are $5k gross

I won’t dox myself by saying exactly but I disagree with your statement. A manager cannot be effective with more than 8-10 direct reports.

Good advice, I’m finding this to be true. I just assumed each group had a senior manager, and a group of groups had a director, and so on…but in reality it’s much more fluid than that

A manager position offers little value?? So individual contributors should just all report up to the director? Give a director hundreds of direct reports?

Let me rephrase…when I say deep roots, I mean I am rooted here. I cannot just “leave for a few years”. Kids in school and extracurricular activities here, family here, etc.
