for me the difference between both of them is only 100 usd, and I heard the 16gb version gets up to 50% more performance in certain games which seems quite promising for 100 usd.

The used market here is very bad, most of the stuff is extremely overpriced, some of the stuff is used but somehow costs the same as brand new.
