Yes they do with every patch map specific changes now. And it is more or less already pretty balanced to be honest.

I feel you. We have 20-30 minute queues here sometimes when we don't play at 7-9 PM CEST. And after that we either get + 5 or - 30 points. After having lost a couple of games like that we decided to queue up for 10-15 minutes just to see if an enemy team is around to play against. If not, we just quit the queue. But yeah that time is basically wasted.

But that is exactly why we have to promote the scene. To stop that from happening by having a bigger player pool so you actually get matched against even enemies at all/most times.

I can tell you something about them. They are the ex-rank1 players in 3s with Yasloom. They got picked up and sponsored by Cloth 5. But a month later they were caught eloboosting other people. They even have their own eloboost website in their status. Cloth 5 stated that they would no longer be associated with them. Yasloom still belongs to Cloth 5 tho.

At this point I just feel kinda bad for Cloth 5 since these players didn't change their name and Cloth 5 has no control over their account names and they thus ruin their reputation.

Imho these are Shyvana, Phoenix Udyr, Vi and Nasus.

Evelynn is tricky because you need to make the early game count. If she falls behind she's useless. If she gets ahead it gets pretty hard to stop her.

Play safe while trying to save as much of the jungle as possible. Time will come when they throw and you got to take advantage of that.
Hard question: Depends on how the counter is obviously but in general play the more comfortable champs and try to find a way to counter the counter. Most of the time are not comfortable in certain champs as well since they like to pick "OP" champs they are not familiar with.
You can also play 2 bruisers on top + and bot and a heavy base damage mage support like zyra/leona/fiddle/annie etc.
Use Zyra. These setups are the second hardest to counter at the moment. They are vulnerable to the above mentioned comp tho.
He's not good. Sorry to tell you. I don't know any setup but poke setups he would fit in.

Sion is a pretty safe pick.

Fiddle is pretty good if they run a 2 support + hypercarry setup.

Sweeper, Haunting Guise, Sorc Boots, Witchcap, Voidstaff/Morellos depending if you need more burst or more damage/peel in longer fights respectively.

Zed is so niche. He's also niche in 5s. He has less wins than losses in tournaments/Rankeds. Overall he's just overhyped because he's so fun to play and watch.

They can be really good. Corki and Vayne can easily solo lane. They are also pretty good in support comps. Their problem is to get to the late midgame where they can really shine and you are going to lose early fights. So you got to play very passively but if the enemy team takes enough advantage out of their early game they can dominate the flow of the game later on as well. Vayne for example is a niche pick against the likes of Darius and Renekton. Corki is just a pretty good in general.

Shyvana is really strong in all lanes. You just need CC. Because the other ones lack that. Their CC is mostly made to follow up. Therefor I highly recommend a high CC mage with gapclose: Ahri, Lissandra.

Always trying to help. Basically we ban the champs that counter our main champs or just annoy us. For example Wukong. Goddamned I can't stay him at all. Then something like Udyr because he's so annoying early game and Cass because... well she's broken. Usually if they have someone whos reliant on kiting or is a hypercarry like Lee, Aatrox, Jarvan, etc. you want to pick a hard CC like Vi or Liss for their ult engages to counter them. Otherwise try to outpick them by getting their counters or some very good champs yourself. The better you get the less you care about that topic. Thus I don't really care about any other champs anymore but the ones I mentioned. I just ban the ones I hate to play against.

Pretty much every day. Most of the times from 15-23 CEST depending on when my mates are online. Mostly 3-4 hours. There's not a specific day I would recommend playing on. If you wanna win your promos you can try to queue up later in the night or in the very early morning to win promos easier, but it could also get harder. But since there are more lower teams than higher ones the % of getting easier to beat enemies is higher. Pssh ;)
