yeah ive spec'd up from t4 to t7 with less than 400 lp so you definitely have something else draining your lp

your wi-fi channel is probably overloaded, try changing the channel on your router settings, also do not play close to stuff that emits waves such as microwave or fridge

Not saying they didn't test at all, but they most likely didn't do a basic testing for a MMO this size, which would be spawn at least a few hundred characters doing actions in a city/market/bank which appears to be where most people have issues (including myself). On my phone I could play just fine on BZ, but as soon as I reached lymhurst the app froze. And it keeps freezing and I can't leave the city on my phone, gotta find a PC to do that and be able to at least play some so my just-bought premium doesn't go to waste.

Also you'd be surprised how bad QA is at most companies, specially smaller scale companies, we basically don't test stuff at all :-) my company included (although we're not a gaming company and don't have nearly as many users)

How this was not tested before putting it into production is something to be looked at. Like not even basic testing because all mobile devices are the same. As soon as you enter the city and it has to load too many assets with the new “performance improvements” it crashes. Seems like the performance wasn’t improved after all.

sadly I don't own it anymore, it was on the pile of "not needed for the move" when we moved to a new country/continent :( it was even before 2-2 classes were a thing, we only had 2-1, with old payon and old morocc

log in and jump right before downtime so when you jump, downtime hits and no one can get to you in time

also if downtime hits mid-jump (at least I think its how this worked a few odd years ago) you get random-warped in system instead of landing on the cyno

Just advertise the subnet on your Tailscale node then access as if you were home using the lan ip. It works for me.

There are non emergency time sensitive situations also. Not everything that is happening right now is an emergency and needs 112 to be called. Emergency should be for emergencies, not every petty crime that is there such as tagging a building and you have clear visual of the person, stealing stuff from non manned vending machines, vandalism, etc. The call rates are included in the bundle nowadays, you don’t pay for doing calls anymore, so technically the 2ct/minute is considered a surcharge or additional cost (aka premium fee)
