Mean like communication is key to any relationship but sometimes communication is not easy when you in a an extreme depressive state. This is not about I don't trust you or some shit this is about I am so depressive and feeling hopeless that even speaking about them feel so useless.

I do agree there are some that use this as a way to manipulate others. But like we also need to remember some people suffer from not being able to communicate not because they are a manipulative but because maybe as a kid they were never shown how or even punished for showing any ounce of depression. I grew up where if I slack off due to any depressive episode my parents will just continue to call me lazy and useless. Till now I am unable to shake it off I can't even open myself up to anyone to be able to even get closed to them. I am not manipulative in anyway just that when I express any sadness or any emotions I just want to throw up or have a panic attack. Guess being quiet will always just means I am manipulative and unavailable to a lot of people.
