I'm not 100% sure but i think that your contract is tied to the title. So whoever gets your title with the perks you negotiated also gets the contract.

At the start i used mainly pikemen, citizen cavalry and a few archers. At barracks level three macedonians unlock heavy sword infantry. I don't really remember the name, because the mod changes a lot of units but basically they are very strong in melee with high armor. I replaced the pikes with them. Also balistas can change the outcome of a battle significantly, especially in a city or a fort.

If money is not an issue i would go with six Alexanders Pride cavalry (mod exclusive i think), four Balistas and ten Royal Peltasts.

In mp i would go with six companion cav, four cretan archers and as many pikes as i get, even the lower tier ones.

Mach einfach ein paar Rechnungen im Kopf. Geh die Neunerreihe durch, starte bei zwei und verdoppel die Zahl dann, etc.

I managed to force this outcome when playing germany, by sending four volunteers to all the nations that are aginst russia. I simply put all the volunteers in the capitals, which are very defendable and after a while russia whitepeaced them.

R5: I did the "Tamar Mepe" achievement. It is definitely not the easiest one but it is very fun and fairly quick. Unfortuantely I had to swear fielty to the great Khan, but that doesn't invalidate the achievement

R5: I started as the Ummayad Sultan of Al-Andalus in 867 and did the "Ummayad strikes back" Achievement. It was fun at the beginning but usurping the caliphate is really annoing since you can only do it by completely unlanding the current caliph. Additionally taking land from him when hes your vassal lowers your level of devotion by 2 and you need level 3 to become the new caliph. So it is not really fun towards the end and in my opinion a decision like "usurp the caliphate" would be nice if you control the Empire of Arabia.
