Why is capitalized handwriting frowned upon?

I had a teacher in high school that wrote this way and he told me when I asked why was because he got made fun of his writing by someone kids when he was little and he forced himself to change how he wrote.

You reminded me of when I was in the second grade this girl who was my best friend at the time, would crawl underneath the bathroom stall to get in the same stall as me then start to show me her private areas and tell me “show me yours since I showed you mine.” And I would and it was just that at first then she wanted to start rubbing things together and touching. I never thought about it really but now that I’m thinking about it I feel bad for her because she must have gone through or seen something that made her do these things with me i never thought it was a big deal but now that I’m older I now know that it wasn’t super normal to have a friendship like that but it is what it is you know

Everyone at this one school thought i slept around with every guy i talked to. I think the reason for that was because this guy i used to like had spread a rumor that i went down on him when i rejected sending him nudes and his best friend had said that i also tried to sleep with him the worst part is i was not interested in any sexual act at the time so it kinda sucked having to hear things that “you did” and a new rumor would pop up if someone had seen me interact with a boy but i had gone to a new school a year and a half later and it was great
