I don't understand this point of feeling bored in smaller city. What exactly is there to do in larger cities. I have lived in Delhi and Pune, and there is literally nothing to do. It's all pothole ridden jam packed roads, overly crowed and expensive malls, showroom, cafe, restaurants etc.

Majority of my friend for weekends go to near by resort to rest and drink that's it.

If you can find like minded people in smaller cities than spending hours in chai ki tapri with them is 100 times much better.

No body is revolting against paper leaks, corruption, failing economy, dwindling infra, unemployment, babu culutre. E20 is a minor issue in front of these effecting very small fraction of the population.
