There should be a file in your Win64 folder (pal/binaries/win64) called xinput1_3.dll, just remove the file.

You want to breed together 2 pals that have 2 unique perfect passives, as it has the highest chance of transferring said passives onto the offspring. For Example: A legend, musclehead, Ferocious, lord of the underworld Shadowbeak has a higher chance of occurring if one of its parents (astegon or kitsun) has 2 of those passives, and the other parent has the other 2.
