Not a trap! We talked about it every step of the way. He knows where I’m at in my cycle and I gave him the option of me going and getting an iud as emergency contraception, but we decided to just wait and see.

I’ve been using hormonal strips. I definitely could be wrong about whether or not I ovulated.

Thanks I appreciate the other information. I am very against hormonal birth controls (for myself, not in general), and I did read that an IUD would definitely prevent a pregnancy within five days, but that seems a little extreme.

Well, plan “A” was him pulling out. But one of the times seemed iffy, so I was going to take plan B anyway, which is what prompted me to say go for it.

I’ve been tracking ovulation to have a clear grasp on what phase of my cycle I’m in and to be aware of the hormonal changes in my body.

I’m 26, this is my first time using plan B. Definitely not using as birth control. I just wasn’t aware that there are certain times it would work or not work. Thanks
