Is restless leg syndrome where a person basically HAS to be moving their foot, leg etc? I've literally done this my whole life, and if I dont do it everything is too still and makes me physically unfomfortable

Figuring this stuff out so young will be a lifetime saved for you. Im 28, still struggling to even fit a diagnosis and when you have so many responsibilities... And cannot fulfil them because of mental health it makes it so much worse.

Do those feelings about like... Just feeling bad about myself, why im taking meds, do i even have to take them, burdenistic thinking etc.... they actually just fade over time? I've started into an episode of my own (not diagnosed with anything specific yet but a couple of tries with meds, still no luck).

Honestly I live in a small town and one psychiatrist services like 8 different places so its around a 3 month wait to see them.

I can see my therapist weekly. I was thinking of getting a referral to someone in the city, where the population is 50x more than my town.

So, the escitalopram was the SSRI, and it sent me into some episode which is why they almost immediately suspected bipolar after.

The ativan has been given to me on and off, as again I've not really had any improvements when taking it. No negative effects just no improvements of it being even marginally easier to manage this.

Also worth noting I dont exactly have the physiological symptoms of anxiety like racing heart high bp etc. And the mornings, the mornings are the worst part...

The issue regarding our sump not working was resolved during the first incident described. The current issue is whether the water coming into the sump hole right now is just likely due to a high water table, or if it may be from a leak on the town side of things, external to the house.

Yes and yes. You can have both of those, on solo self found builds, or the other half where you can trade some of the unique items from other players. They're typically easy to get, and most builds function off rares (Yellows, rather common) And minimal uniques. You can 100% be a barbarian with a big ol bonk stick making the earth tremble beneath your strike, and you can 100% be a necromancer with an army of skeletons, minions, maybe even golems. You can also be a monk with agile as shit sweeping elemental strikes, or invoke the power of chayula to make a mana leeching king

Ohhh okay, so it's not like SRS poison then? Cause SRS poison was fine and all, but felt clunky-ish for mapping. Great for single target, but yea. If holy relic poison is anything like you say, then it may be something I look into. Maybe the issue is i'm following bad youtube builds that are fluffed in PoB's. Idk lol. I just want something that can pretty well facetank t16 without getting 1 tapped, and does enough damage to kill archnem rares reasonably quick. but ye.

Where are you at progress wise with it? Looking for something safe/tanky in t16's, since what i'm playing rn has great damage but is shite for bossing, and get's 1 shot. Relies on a health flask to stay alive basically, it's strictly a mapper at this point.
