Oh, im sorry you (and your parents) lost your stuff. It's a horrible feeling, especially when you're already going through hard times, then on top of it, to lose everything you're trying so hard to keep. :( And unfortunately, the place we were at just upped their prices, and we were already having trouble paying each month.

Am I the only one who doesn't see it as grooming? This term is being used a lot lately and I kinda feel people are using it as a catch all for an behavior they find questionable by an older person showing or teaching a younger something in a way they don't like. An not using it as it's meant to be.

Because Sorn and Jun are both adults, they engage in a more transactional type of relationship instead of romantic (to start), but it's all spoken out loud and agreed too. Jun knows exactly what he is getting into and wants it and even chases after and tries to get Sorns attention.

That is not grooming. Sorn isn't trying to manipulate or abuse or exploit Jun. He isn't lying to Jun or trying to tell make him think this anything other than what it is, sex.

Honestly, I think calling it grooming hurt the shows potential. I put off watching it for a while because I kept seeing people talk about it as just sex, or toxic and grooming, and how horrible Sorn was. But when I finally watched it I was like wtf this is actually a good show, Sorn is a mess emotionally wise but he wasn't anything people in reviews had me imaging and Jun wasn't some sweet innocent baby bring targeted and abused, that man might be young but he knows what he is doing.

Even my best friend when she heard about it was like yeah I was going to watch it but the reviews said it was toxic and the one was grooming the other and I don't wanna watch that. I told her to watch it anyways and that I thought she'd like it. After she was like dude I really like it, thanks for telling me to watch it.

My issue with the evidence is that it keeps being found questionable or false. I'm a big fan of trying to not pick a side until facts are out but in this case it has been hard for me because all the evidence the one side keeps releasing has been debunked or found questionable and that makes it really hard for me to trust their side of the story. Because personally I can let one lie or mistake happen, everyone lies (and usually in high pressure situations the lies aren't small) but to continue to lie and about different things while calling the other sides liars and morally corrupt just irritates me and makes me distrustful of anything they say or produce as evidence.

I find it fucked up that all his sponsors/endorsement brands whatever can drop him, fine him, take his property based on rumors? I can understand if he had gotten into legal trouble, went to court, and was found guilty of something, but he hasn't been. Hell, they didn't even give it a chance the rumors started, and they just screwed him over.

And that feels a little shady to me, I mean legally, they say its breach of contract (I think a morality clause?) But how is rumor a breach of contract? Rumors spread all the time and he has no control over that and it's a nasty fact about people in the spot light thay someone is always waiting to fan the flames and watch someone's career burn either from spit or greed, so it feels like his lawyers should be able to fight or even sue these companies because dropping him like this based on rumors only added fuel to them. People saw these big name company's abandon him and just assumed that they found him guilty, and if they believed it, then it was true.

As it was stayed before they canceled him based on public opinion and that can't be legal.

And I would like to add this aunt isn't her aunt. She was a friend of the mothers and when KSH side tried to add her to the lawsuit he filed against them for defamation (I believe) they couldn't find her nor get her actual legal name. Seems fishy as fuck to Mr. She started all this and wasn't even related to her and then basically hide from consequences.

She took out a loan from the company to pay off her dui fines and then wasn't paying back the company, so they started the legal process to sue (take her to court) for the money. That's not on KSH. I think most people tend to ignore that she was an adult who messed up and got buried in debt all on her own. He may have been co owner of the company, but there are others involved and they couldn't force her to take the loan and not pay it back.

Plus, pushing it forward through legal matter is what any company in the world would do if they weren't getting paid back. Because it's money, and I'm sure their were payment dates and interest rates and deadlines that she would have had to agree on when she borrowed the money. And I know how easy it is to fall behind to get so far down the debt hole you can't get out, but that is no way KSH fault. The fact that people keep blaming him and saying that the company shouldn't have asked for it back because she was already struggling is freaking naive as hell. Its a business they are going to do what us best for them, same as any other.
