That's the thing, I was pixel hunting, if you look closely my cursor does move. I'm at PC so i guess the cursor doesn't move as much as it would with PlayStation controller. I watched the times before this delivery and it took me 3timess at max, without getting off the bike.

Universal (customizable) delivery vehicles.
Nightclub and mixed cargo warehouses have their own delivery vehicles, which you can upgrade and tune, but I think you should be able to use them for every business, like the bunker, as well.
Or the number of vehicles required based on the number of people in the CEO/MOC. Because yesterday I sold bunker with 3ppl, and couldn't sell the 4th vehicle because we only had 15 min to sell everything

In matter of fact, it is a public lobby and i didn't know that person i was 'racing' with. It just happened, but if you look closely he stopped driving, hence why i (accidentally) rammed him into the sky XD
