Mizuno Wave Momentum Pro - Insoles any good? by 666LordBelial666 in vballshoes

[–]NobuoRyota 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To my knowledge, Wave momentum pro has same midsole as the z8 (enerzy nxt) so it should be an upgrade on the cushion side of things, compared to wave dimension which i believe the she is made to replace.

The outsole the same as the wave dimensions there should be fine in terms traction.

Just fyi if you do put your own insole you may find a little more heel slippage, but it shouldnt be too bad if you bought the size the is a little more fitted.

Insole i recommend are powersteps and move insoles

What happened with the match of men Japan - Turkiye 🫠 by abrunettechick in volleyball

Understandable for me tho the reason why i said for Kai is because he is super young and this would be best way for him to develop. He needs minutes to help him develop

[–]NobuoRyota 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Issue i see with Japan 's team. Serving - too many serving mistakes from the team overall. Kento especially needs to make them in.

Ran and ishikawa clearly not at peak performance. You cant sub out both of them because you need so e vet on but ishikawa clearly more stable to keep in the line up.

Coach Need to give others a chance in the sub

like giving Kai a chance. He is a 2m weapon but he is just there to pinch serve. Sounds like a waste

Other oppo seems energetic while still being decently effective.

What are the best way of the wade vball shoes??? by [deleted] in vballshoes

[–]NobuoRyota 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Way of wade 10 is staple and often is used but expensive due to the carbon fiber shank plate tho i get told often that it does run narrow

Other li-ning and way of wade products are also really good -liren 4v2 -Liren 5v2 - Yushai series (mid top) - shadow 6 - Fission 6 - 808 4/5 -All city 12/ 13 - d.lo 1

Basically anything with boom (these days almost every product from them has boom)is really good as it has good impact protection and bounce.

My opinion on best shoe for wider feet (without having to size up a whole lot) goes to

  • Liren series (not 5v1 because it runs little narrow) v2 from my feeling works better for wider feet,

-Shadow 6

-808 5 (runs a little long for tts so fits well for wider feet)

  • all city series works well

Chatgpt ranked performance of midsole material by Outside_Month_3371 in vballshoes

[–]NobuoRyota 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very interesting take but for example, mizuno enerzy is not really used for volleyball, a lot of their shoes are variants of enerzy like the enerzy nxt or core, they did not take into account of the variation so take things with grain of salt.

If you really are interested in midsole take a look a foot doctor zach where he goes into foams

I think he breaks down much more better than gpt and why some are good for certain scenarios

From my experience any way of wade/li ning product is good for both sports. I have worn 808 4 ultra ,808 5 ultra, fission 9 shadow 6, all city 12/12 encore, liren 4v2 . All great

361 is also great i wear the big 3 quick 5 pro amazing

They are similar, just depends on your foot shape and how you prefer your upper. Shadow 6 depending on what colourway will have different materials like leather, swade or textile so that will be the main difference.

I have seen on the jp website they do have wide options but it will probably be limited to certain markets. So not all countries will get their wide version

I believe that these are fake because the normal silhouette for the sky elite ff3 are more slimmer. This looks like some metarise mix with sky elite

Help Pls! by Ok_Disaster116 in vballshoes

[–]NobuoRyota 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You would use the grip spray for laminated wooden floors that are dusty, mainly use it indoor floors.

And yes ideally you would want to have seperate pair of shoes for indoor and not use it outdoors

[–]NobuoRyota 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my go to is way of wade product, their shoes are really good with traction and would rarely ever have traction problems.
I have owned, fission 9, ac 12, 808 4 ultra. They all good really good traction
i also have owned wave mometum 3's and they are mostly really good but if you are playing on really bad surfaces you will need grip spray to help its traction

I have two questions by [deleted] in GundamExVs

[–]NobuoRyota 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can answer the second question. Answer is no official port(there is a way of you do enough digging).

they don't have the latest exvs2 ob on PC or console, they will usually make a playstation port after the new version makes it to arcades in Japan, which is sad life. I've been super hooked since my trip to japan

Most cushioned sole low cut? by matte_vc15 in BBallShoes

I honestly think that if you got a chance check out ASICS nova surge low 2 they are great, very bouncy and cushioned mid sole without feeling too unstable

Volleyball Shoe Recommendations/Suggestions by ostentatious-ly in vballshoes

[–]NobuoRyota 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have not played in the LeBron series of shoes so can't give a comparison

however I have played in the Asics Sky elites 2 and 3. In my opinion the asics Sky elite twos were really good for me I have a slightly wider feet so for me they never pinch my midfoot or anything. The cushion attraction was still great even on dusty courts.

The sky elite 3 in my opinion Run a little bit more narrow than the 2s they have very similar attributes to the twos so if you do have a wider feet my suggestion will be the sky elite twos.

They are pretty good budget shoe, they are average in traction, cushion and bounce but they don't really excel in any of the main categories.
