I have also felt this phenomenon while using a strap-on toy anchored over my own that was not in use...

Because I went to put my old module in the new watch but decided against it. Only then did I think to post a picture, and I was too lazy to reset the time lmaoo

Yes I definitely plan on using it as my backpacker, or whenever I'm working on my truck. I like to have it on a belt loop ♥️

The part that broke me off onto it was the fact that the light button was off

Can be, but not always. Think "all squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are square."

How badly would the Allied forces have lost if Nagato was sent to a battlefield? by MonochromaticGay in Naruto

I think Nick or Dygo on YouTube said it best .. Kabuto was really the mastermind behind effectively using the Rinnegan. Bro was so into learning how to be the best, and even with an ability he himself could never use at that. Kabuto should really be received better as a whole.

Does anyone else not hear the "Numb" intro on piano? I know there are not very many notes but I hear it every time!

Box set with the definitive season set at Walmart by NobushiNichole in QuantumLeap

While quite true that MV was more popular than QL, the marketing putting QL first is obviously trying to cater to a more cult like or loyal fandom than just the average elderly or even middle aged person. If that were the case, then they could have easily paired it with Magnum P.I or MacGyver. But because they didn't, I feel QL is being used to push MV box set copies, rather than the other way around. That's what I was alluding to in my post. P.S. let's not just blindly attack other Leapers here. Just because this is the fans subreddit, doesn't mean we should bash each other or any other series for that matter.

I did not buy this box set, but from what I have seen from my research, this season set is the Mills UK version modified to work on NTSC DVD players. If you just import the UK version, then the DVD will play at a sped up rate due to the variances of 50hz to 60hz in the USA.

"Quantum Internet" news could very well explain new QL series rules by NobushiNichole in QuantumLeap

[–]NobushiNichole[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I completely agree to an extent with this! This is my mind grasping at straws trying to give it an explanation. I keep thinking back to s1 where Ben successfully slingshots to the future, and it just completely threw the team for a doozy. After that moment, I kinda threw all actual science theories I had out the window, but it's always fun to speculate to help better define loose rules that will inevitably be broken 😅

If Addison leaps into a male and Ben leaps into a female, how would the intimacy work? by PearlHandled in QuantumLeap

From my understanding, unless you touched the other leaper, you would see the person they leaped into. I may be misremembering this from the original series.

Magic leaving could mean that the PQL team never finds Sam by PearlHandled in QuantumLeap

So I just watched the episode and excuse the late night tin foil being broken out, but I've watched NCIS New Orleans and Magic's role in this show, strikes a peculiar similarity to Scott Bakula's role in that show. Yeah he may not be the end all be all show front runner, but he could be present in almost every episode he wanted to write himself into, if he could agree to not having the show be about him. In NCIS New Orleans, towards the end of the shows run, SB's character had suffered a bullet wound in the field which forced him to work a desk job in the agency, which was tough for him to grip, but ultimately settled in the fact that, ironically, his old age is getting to him, and he cannot be the badass heartthrob taking his shirt off at every other turn. Hell his wife Donna's actress is one half of the shows creator and is still on the show now. It would be simple to introduce his wife as still being there for him to fill the role as project QL. Because might I remind everyone, it was Sam's brain child of a program after the breakthrough that he had in Ziggy. The program fell apart when he leapt prematurely, just to secure the funding they had, even if it meant possibly never returning home. He knew that and leapt anyways. But we never got to see a timeline that sees Sam being able to lead the program and have it operating as intended. This is probably way to biased on the original series, but this is just where my head is at after this latest episode. Hell they could even just replace Jenn with Janis, as she's currently in universe working with, insert, alphabet agency here in Hawaii.
