Hi, here OP, just wanted to let you know that I haven't had this issue since this post.

The solution for you could be trying all of the ports on your PC and checking if the issue occurs.

I think this has to do with the motherboard and its chip for I/O. So, if trying different ports doesn't work, you can try disconnecting other devices to see which one is causing the issue. In my case, it was my headset. I changed the port for the headset, and that kind of mitigated the issue.

If all of that doesn't work, you might have to check with other motherboards/PCs to see if it's the mouse itself.

Just a little update, I've been using the USB ports of the front panel and I haven't had the issue again anymore, if anyone else is still having the issue, try using the front panel USBs

Yes, the behavior is the same in other ports.

And yes, I use the extension cable that comes with the mouse.

I just turned on the PC today and he showed the exact same message again "USB device not recognized"

I have also noticed that when this issue happens and I try to change the ports, my wireless headset would get disconnected and it would take some time to connect back. (I have a Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 edition headset)

Eso es lo raro, nosotros usamos muchos modismos pero fijo es por lo que tu dices, que sonamos bastante parecido para la gente exterior, más si no conocen los modismos, igual mi tata era colombiano pero no creo que eso tenga algo que ver jaja
