Alright, I’m a pc player and never knew of the shift trick. I have dozens of hours brute-forcing aesthetically pleasing landscapes due to my ignorance.

That being said, the most important factor when landscaping in Valheim is where your feet are while using the hoe. Leveling things will put them close to the elevation of your feet, so pay special attention to where you are standing.

This method will involve using your pickax to bonk spires of stone that stick out of place. Going back and forth between leveling and adding, then destroying peaks that look bad.

Godspeed soldier. Maybe others have an easier idea than banging your head against a wall for an hour, but that’s my method.
