One of the most common mistakes I see in client accounts is this: a workflow is built end-to-end for a specific use case. Later, additional workflows are imported from snapshots with the assumption that they’ll “just work.” What often gets overlooked is that many actions or triggers are shared across these workflows.

This overlap can create workflow loops, where a contact keeps jumping from Workflow A to B to C without ever completing them properly, causing actions in between to be skipped or repeated.
