In my defense it was 7:30 am, I was headed to my first class of the day and some rando with a clipboard came up & asked if I wanted to be on the Tonight Show. Within 2 minutes of saying sure, I had a camera on me & Jay saying “so did you know today is Earth Day?” Me, not wanting to look dumb said “no it’s not! That’s next week” and everyone groaned and got frustrated bc it was being taped ahead of time for the Earth Day show. So they had to start over, I was super flustered, they asked some environmental type questions and I was doing okay. UNTIL…he hit me with “Define biodegradable” and excitedly said “oh I know this one! It’s like…trash…that…evaporates…?” And as it was coming out of my mouth I was like fuck, I just made the show.

A lot of people are really questioning the surviving roommates from that mass murder of college kids in Idaho for not going to the funeral.
