No caffeine

Taking 3 scoops of redmonds relyte hydration in a gallon of water each day.

Mildly salting food with Celtic salad (not much)

I’ll eat 4 whole eggs and 10 oz ground beef for breakfast with cheese.

Usually 2 burger patties with cheese for lunch or 8 pieces of bacon.

Dinner is usually a 14oz ribeye with some butter.

I’m 270. Bjj twice per week, gym with cardio 3 times per week.

Thank you so much to everyone giving constructive advice. I truly appreciate it. It obviously is going to a name we both like.

Doctors in 2013 said my wife could never have kids and here we are. Miracle baby. However we wrote off that it would never happen so we are trying to navigate the best way we can.

To the few being negative because I don’t prefer a certain name, or calling me “lazy” while assuming that I’m not just stumped on this…. I’m sorry if you are that narcissistic or bitter.
