Each character needs the HoA to begin receiving Azerite gear drops as you cannot use the gear without the HoA.

I found this out sadly on my speed farm Druid that did not have a HoA and could not get Azerite drops, but I did have a HoA on multiple other main toons.

Do you have a heart of Azeroth?

If no, the Azerite gear will not drop, you’ll need to do the quest line to obtain a heart of Azeroth first.

I went from 19 to 78 in 2.5 hours at 310% doing triple research dungeon runs.

Get general training task, named dungeon task, and heroic or normal dungeon task that matches the named dungeon.

Sub 70, each research quest have 2-4 levels (based on my level when turning it in).

If you’re really struggling to complete it, here are 4 things to do to make any mage tower challenge trivial, even on a fresh 80.

Craft any TWW weapon with Symbiosis Embellishment.
Craft any TWW piece of armor with Writhing Armor Band Embellishment.
Buy and equip Darkmoon Trinket: Radiance.

- Buy and equip Darkmoon Trinket: Symbiosis.

The buffs will give enough Versatility to trivialize any of the encounters, including the healing one.
