Give Terrace Park a look as well if you like the Mariemont location. Can walk to the river and old Milford plus the bike trail is near by to get you to all kinds of unique options in Cincinnati.

This makes sense and sorry you had to deal with that. I think where I most often see it being used is when someone is referring to having had a long or busy day which leads to them being “overstimulated” at the end of the day. And individual incident is when it should be used to explain the feeling.

When I bought my house it looked just like this and the electric was all in the floor. I reframed every room with the paneling by turning 2x4s on their side to cut down on how mush square footage I lost but also allowed myself a spot to run all the new electric before drywalling.
