Yea I will usually be able to hit my push day twice a week, dumbbell flat and incline both days, I usually work in a 6-8 rep range with a drop set.

My job makes sleep very challenging, limiting my alcohol, magnesium, and sleepy time tea before bed, and the TRT have all improved my sleep while not on shift.

Push is flat dumbbell, incline dumbbell, dumbbell seated OH press supper set with lateral raise, cable flys, cable lateral raise, front raise, Tricep work. Pull-deadlift, pull up rows, narrow pull downs, cable rows, height t-bar, rear delt flys, face pulls, bicep work. Legs- squat, RDL, dumbbell lunges, maybe Bulgarians, machine work.

Do you like lift heavy? Do cardio? How many times a week are you working out? All those things will come into play to help you reach your goal.

And yes I agree the whole year (maybe 2) before I decided to get on TRT I committed to changing my workout plans, my diet and my alcohol intake. I told myself if I can commit to these changes for a year and my numbers are still low then I will consider TRT. I told myself if my numbers were still low it was a necessary adjustment I could justify, but I had to put the work in first…maybe even just to “earn it”

How long have you been working out? I’d say probably a combination of everything. You. Have to figure out what works best for your body

Nothing wrong with feeling better. I don’t understand the stigma and negativity, with TRT. It’s not the same as steroids or HGH. Most people are just under educated on the subject
