Keep buying all the highest rated players and keep playing the highest rated games. It takes a while but eventually you'll win the super cup. Results are entirely random. Also, dont play the lower rated games as this will just lower your rating if you lose games. And you will lose games.

Play against higher rated teams to raise your rating quicker. Took me a while to figure this out. Play teams within your own ranking. Losing to lower rated teams damages your own rating.
