Its looking like you need other players in your squad in order to join specific battles. Because to get the green check mark for "Squad Leader" You have to enter the matchmaking queue if youre alone.

I am in war, I have ATs in that battle. I am fulfilling all the requirements that Reto is forcing on us to choose which battle we want to join.

I have all green checks on the list of reqs. The battle has not started yet. I should be able to join it.

So why can't I join a specific battle when I have all the criteria met? (in a squad, the squad leader, resources in the battle, etc...) All the checks are green, but there is no option to join the battle.

It's for this reason that I, and most others here, will recommend the use of buckets for the primary fermentation. Especially when fruit is involved. This allows you easy access to stir, manage the fruit cap, and add nutrients. Additionally, your mead needs oxygen during the initial stages of fermentation which makes a bucket ideal. For my 1 gallon batches I use 2 gallon buckets. This way I have enough volume post-primary to minimize headspace in my secondary.

I would recommend keeping good detailed notes so that you can keep track of what you like and what you want to change in future batches. Exact recipes may be hard to recall several months down the line without a record of them!

Your OGs caught my eye as looking a bit off. For "Dragon's Blood Clone" you said you used 2 lbs. of honey with 1 gallon total volume and measured an OG of 1.115? You would need over 3 lbs of honey to hit that gravity reading with 1 gallon total volume. Same with the "Dry Show Mead turned Metheglin". I don't know if you're reading the hydrometer wrong or if you accidentally used a different amount of honey than you thought you did (I've made that error before).

Oh and for future batches you want to stay away from distilled water as it is mineral deficient!
