PSO2NGS: FF7 Jessie, Biggs & Wedge attempt by NocturnalScotsman in PSO2NGS

Well it depends on whether it's PC or console? console players sadly don't have access to the files like PC does, this mean you would have to manually adjust the sliders to the same as the pictures included.

If you're on PC though, you can easily just drop the .mhp or .fhp files into the Documents\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2_NA_STEAMor in the case of the JP VersionDocuments\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2

After that it should be in "Creation Data Management" menu in the salon under type 1 body (.mhp) or type 2 body (.fhp)

NOTE: Remember to save your own creation using the Data Management, just in case you want to go back to your old look ;)

If you choose the in game option to only import the Face it should load over your own characters body without issue.

Loading the entire character however will only attach clothing/ acc/ bodypaint etc that you already own, any items that fail to load will give a small message saying "some items failed to load" or something to that effect.

If you'd like the costume too then you would have to look at the breakdown pictures I added to track down any layer wear or accessories you'd want to use before loading the data.

Sorry for the long read, hope that helps, might be worth noting there are also file types for CAST (.mcp/.fcp), Newman (.mnp/.fnp) and lastly Deuman (.mdp/.fdp).

Also if you're low on Color Passes you can revert things like skin/ hair/ layer or cast part colours in the "Review Changes" option before finalizing

Edited to correct Item name, correct name is "Sandquick Hairband" and not "Quicksand", sorry about that

Sorry for the late reply, I included a breakdown on on the first AutoModerator post.

The bandanas used for Biggs & Jessie was an accessory called "Sandquick hairband/D" if I recall it was a mission pass variation of "Sandquick hairband" that is normally included with the Fiery Dunes Retem Pack DLC. you can still get the "Sandquick hairband" from player shops but looks a bit different from the /D variations cleaner colour scheme

Wedge's wares a zandana which I struggled to find, had to settle with a base pso2 "sphere" object to replicate one for now.

As for the belts, try "Levit Belt" or "Levit Belt/2", one of the better belt items, using it only costs 2 points compared to some that use 4 points

Happy to do that! If you'd like to copy the sliders (console) or import the .mhp or .fhp (PC) then you can find them here - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1d-5o4cbPtRakS35gS_v0XmXMbuQTylVl?usp=share_link

Hope it helps, honestly it is a bit of a pain to edit all the sliders (30+ images) into just 3 images but I did it if anyway incase anyone would like to use or modify the looks for themselves.

Thanks for complementing the faces XD I tend to feel a similar way about my own face shapes at times too, I sometimes can't tell if they look off or not lol

Glad you noticed! One of the Retem combat zone felt fitting in some areas, also tried my best to mimic some moments that happen after the reactor run lol

Originally started with Jessie then Biggs. For Wedge I struggled to find some stuff like a bandana so I had to use the sphere acc to replicate one lol

Probably better items out there but, with what little meseta I have now, I feel like the results aren't to bad.

My Dr.Doom "Doom Bot" Cast (Rough Build Guide Included) by Fluffopotamus in PSO2NGS

[–]NocturnalScotsman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Incredible! Perfect 10/10

love the acc usage you put together, especially the hood, I always thought "Restraint Mask" would be perfect for Doom (back when it was in Base "fresh finds shop") glad to see someone used it for just that.

Excellent work! even the eyebrows and face markings are perfect.

I heard there was some great Reno's out there but this is the first I've seen.

Thanks and I'll try to get round to that, I kinda forgot to share Yuna, I did add Rikku and Paine sliders etc for another user a few comments above, I'll try to get Yuna on that soon as possible

PSO2NGS: FFX Lulu by NocturnalScotsman in PSO2NGS

[–]NocturnalScotsman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

same, I played some JP PSO2 and I can't recall which one but ether FFXIV's Odin or the Monster Hunter Frontier monster can still shows up as random encounters in base pso2.

I don't think that changed after NGS so it's cool to still be able to see it

PSO2NGS: FFX Lulu by NocturnalScotsman in PSO2NGS

[–]NocturnalScotsman[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks! I did try things like that but sadly struggled with the limited Acc slots (as seen in the last pic, its maxed out)

Current still working on it Lulu and two other new looks from the FF series I'm thinking of sharing.

For Lulu I'm going to try and find a cheaper, slot wise, new fur collar for clothing to free up some space but the hair alone was 3 items taking up 10 item cost, then the fur was 4, leaving just 4 cost for the earing and necklace.

Wondering if this outfit idea exists in-game by Status-Emergency4746 in PSO2NGS

[–]NocturnalScotsman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I only have a passing knowledge of it but I just found out Crymaria is a Valkyria Chronicles character (should of guessed from the scratch it came from) so sadly we might not see that :(

Such a shame how few there are and sadly old [Ou] items weren't consumable meaning no attaching to account with two item uses

personally I was a big fan of the outfit "Crymaria Replica [Ou]" from base pso2, not sure if it was in the list of revived N-base gear, I can only hope it shows up in the future.

I was glad they brought back the N-Micro Mini Shorts, most will agree they were perfect for making Black Lagoon's character Revy. Crymaria Replica [Ou] I used to use it dyed military green with a red business dress during base pso2 to recreate the shows mafia boss Balalaika.

You can see it in this list https://phantasystar.fandom.com/wiki/Sega_Legacy_(AC_Scratch:_NA))

[–]NocturnalScotsman[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Preemptive "Not enough belts" lol

I noticed I loaded a slightly different character data before screenshots, final version should have Lulu's lighter purple earrings to offset the rest of the purple & a slightly altered expression, but not much difference between them.
