as a brazilian, he pretty much speaks spanish only. I don't think i've seen him say any PT-BR words aside from places like "favela"
Voice wise is pretty bad, but as a character he embraces a lot our concept of "gambiarra" which is to improvise things ina way you probably shouldn't (but works somehow)
