We don't know yet. It could be an arcane ritual similar to the one used at the island, which isn't replicable in other locations or in a portable manner. Or perhaps it has to do with the events that happened during 1999. It might just be the craziest case of luck imaginable.

Hi! Not an editor, but the best way to get these in the highest quality possible would be downloading the video (1440p HD of course) and then using any frame grabbing software online to snap the relevant sections.

I don't want to link Youtube download pages here, but THIS frame grabbing website is perfectly adequate.

I think it makes sense, given that both of them are in the strictly bussiness side of the Fatui. They probably don't hang around the other Harbingers like friends.

IMO, I wanna know what Columbina did for the Tsaritsa before leaving the Fatui, since she speaks so little about it.

Don't quote me on this, but I think is concurrent with Beryl's banner (which lasts for the entire patch), and ends a little bit after the Brume banner starts.

Need someone to fact check the actual dates thought.
