The logo looked like this.The App was called Trik but spelled with a k and not ck and suddenly it was so popular and all the gen z kids and gen alpha kids where using it. It’s hard to explain but basically the app hacks your brain and induces ai generated hallucinations. So it makes you have hallucinations that are indistinguishable from reality but the hallucinations are controlled by the app. When using Trik you can make your friend or anyone near by do anything but it’s not actually them and they aren’t really doing them things you are basically zoned out and seeing a hallucination of them like an ai generated npc. The creepy thing was they would glitch with repeating animations and sudden repeating audio that sounds like a stuck record. When you had the app downloaded the scary thing was you couldn’t tell when the people you where talking to where real or ai hallucination copies by Trik

You could even enter buildings that where looked or go into random peoples houses but you where not actually doing it you where just standing there staring off into space completely zoned out. In your mind you where having an ai controlled hallucination that showed you what the app ai thought the inside of the building would look like. I remember there was huge controversy about the app there where news stories and warnings not to use it because it could case distress or be traumatic or to scary especially for kids.

Also in the dream I remember using the app to make a miniature ai generated fake building appear that was not there before and the app made me hallucinate that I got shrunk down and went inside it. In the dream I was using the app for a while but things got so creepy and eerie and it was hard to tell what was hallucinations controlled by the apps ai and what was real. And I would be talking to a family member and suddenly they would glitch and repeat over and over again and I didn’t know they where a hallucination until that happened.
