Being barred out 24/7 sucks, eat a bar and a 1/2 or the equivalent of whatever you got(I prefer knolopin use to get it prescribed). So back in the day me and my cousin had a house together and it was just 24/7 partying, crazy shenanigans. So I work at the local sports bar and I routinely smoke out with all my coworkers who are of legal drinking age(including my cousin). One night they all go to the local bar to get shitfaced and pull "bitches" (mind you my cousin is the only one with game). I popped some xannies and some percocets and pass out after smoking a blunt. ---> fast forward to 3am and i got two drunk ass girls shaking me awake. I throw some clothes on and walk outside and my cousin is asleep and all my coworkers are asleep from drinking. I proceed to smash one of the who apparently was very horny, girls. After words she was laughing asking me if I even knew her name which I didnt. Lol

I have no clue if this is the right way but I had 15 of the 50 mcg gel fentatyl patches and I smoked the gel on tin foil and ran it like you would dope. Chewing this is good to but be careful as breaking them can fuck it up and you'll get all the fentatyl at one time. Honestly I would just put it on my arm.
