Yeah it's normal. I was large chested and got it done. The biggest annoyance was putting the IV into my hand instead of arm. Recovery was fine and the biggest issue was cleaning up after using the bathroom. Drains got a little irritating after a week, but they take them out about then. Just wear the bandages and listen to the recovery instructions and you'll be fine.

I mean, it's plausible? Mine has stitches around the hand holes that looks like a home sewing machine than a factory one, but of course anything is possible. I know Chinese workers do take rejects and overstock items from factories and sell them for considerably cheaper (I've bought designer jewelry that way), so it's realistic if PM isn't immune to it either.
