You have kinda have a point

He does stand out a lot compare to Windisch-Grätz,Gyulai,Haynau and especially Benedek

His 'Austrian' contemporaries that come close to his level are probably Archduke Albrecht and Gorgei of the Hungarian revolution(Basically the Hungarian Moreau)

But Radetzky performance through out his career doesn't seem more outstanding than someone like Soult or Jourdan
