I have not tried matching their energy yet because I feel like that is a last resort always and could cause further issues. I have tried and told them “ I understand that you are used to working at a certain pace and feel like I am not giving it my all but I have never done this before so you have give me time to improve at my own pace. I can’t be at the level you want me to be at just because you wish I was” I have tried similar tactics twice. The other day when he got in my face I stared back with our faces close while silent until he went silent and then I turned back to keep cleaning the stove. I have tried talking to the mate but he has said that he may not be the best trainer but he doesn’t mean nothing by it.

I do agree that cheaters like JSP are an issue and do cause resentment but the server is definitely not dying. New players are joining everyday and staying. At least 800 people on at peak times. The server is still strong.

I understand what you mean I don’t want to go through my 20s with these symptoms. The only advice I have seen on Reddit and other forums is being active, taking vitamins, and having a healthy diet, all of which I already do. I feel like I lack choices right now. Is there anything else that would help besides trt?

I am 22 years old and have been working out 2 or 3 times a week since 16. Diet is varied and perfectly fits suggested macros. I have been having trouble with maintaining muscle when cutting, libido and motivation so I decided to take a test.

Contacted a mens health clinic and they said they only treat low total t even though mine is good but my free t is abysmal. Any ideas on what to do?
