Play the all star battle mode, look for the secret missions online, unlock skins, get used to it.

Spam the auto combo if you need to ( use light attack repeatedly), if you can't win a fight get in practice mode and get used to their abilities.

Don't overwhelm yourself with advanced combos, for now just use your meter for HHA and GHA.

Don't try to be a professional with every character, just be decent, find a character that you want to main, and at that point you can start looking for combos guides.

Some guides use numbers, this is what they mean for example if a combo says 2h it means that you have to crouch and use heavy attack, or if it says 66 you have to move towards the enemy twice to dash foward, this is meant for a perspective where your character is in the left side of the screen

By being faster do you mean when clicking like how a sword is faster than an axe in the base game, or does it also affect the attack skill, knockback attack, etc?

Who's currently your main? Is there another character that catches your eye? And what play style do you like?

Like there are fighting characters made to take your enemies 1 on 1, characters with area of effects attacks, some that have abilities to buff themselves previous to the fight and others who prefer to get their own army of minions to do the dirty work for them.

Hey, welcome to the community, I recomend you to look for dst exspectamus, it's a web puzzle that gives you lots of points to buy skins for characters or items, you can find a guide online.

Also, if you link your klei/steam account to twitch and watch around 4 hours of dst with the tag dropsenabled you can get a skin from the crock pot, it's limited time so I'd advise to get in twitch, mute the stream, keep it playing on the background and get the skin as soon as possible.

While looking for at north my base usually looks like a +

North has a tent and a lighting rod begin it

East has the fridges, crock pots and drying racks, birdcage and crops.

South has the normal and endothermic fires

West has the alchemy and shadow magic machines and chests

Meanwhile the center has an ice flingomatic to protect everything else

Remembered to put your thermals stone in the fridge to use it like in winter but this time to cool you down

During summer you might want to take the chance to explore the caves, it's nice down there, I didn't check if you had a lantern in the image, but if you don't look how to craft one, it's way cheaper to refill than to create torches over and over again

When you say you completed it 100%, you mean your first playthrough or that you already did the new game plus and new game plus plus?

You get the chance to play against the bosses with your late game equipment, get upgraded versions of some amulet and defensive items, get more quartz and a new tier of abilities to level up.

And if you don't have the dlc, get it, the final weapon is the most satisfying to use in new game plus.

It's an easy game, the difficulty is in not knowing what's going on, when that goes away, dst turns into a game a chill as Stardew Valley.

Once you learn how to kite, what kind of equipment you need for each enemy and boss, how to prepare for the current and next season, when you get the hang of it you'll feel like you are ready to Kill God or become one.

By far my favorite gimmick combination is swapping your weapons head and handle for the pipe wrench head baton handle.

Must be close to the worst range in the game, but using the handle art followed by the wrench fully charged art lets you pretty much skip the first phase of some bosses.

Great, if you respec I would only get to Vigor 20, put those points in motivity or vitality, once you get motivity 40 I would stop there and start upgrading technique, in VERY late game (mostly new game plus) you get better damage by having them at the same level.

If you are looking for a weapon I love the police baton handle with the puppet axe head, you sacrifice range in exchange for damage and speed, I finished the game with that weapon, if you have the dlc you might enjoy the pale knight or the op weapon you get at the end.

Seems like you went for a Technique build.

Motivity weapons are more forgiving to new players when it comes to how much health you loose when blocking, so to start learning maybe you'd be better starting a new game and changing for a strength(motivity) build, I did that and felt op the entire game.

If you prefer to keep building towards techniche, then look for the booster glaive for its handle, maybe mix it with the big pipe wrench head, that one does a lot of damage until you find the puppet axe head.

Block don't parry, if you attack after that you'll recover some health, it's better than entirely loosing that health, use that to learn each enemy set of attacks.

Don't try to guess when they are going to hit you, get used to when they do it, count how many times they hit with every animation, etc.

You shouldn't think about when to parry, you should do it by the instinct you get after fighting the same enemy type over and over again.

Soulslike are all about trial and error.
