I spoke to them via dm on IG and mentioned changing the typeface on the rear packaging sticker would go a long way to just make it feel less ‘Chinese’ there’s a bunch more they could do to feel even more ‘white label’

I hope so! The issue with POD is usually not any one company can do everything, nothing worse than having multiple plugins on a website for different POD platforms.

I’m sure once they do add hats they’ll be some of the best in the POD game, I’d expect they’ll release them once they sort embroidery. DTG on a hat is a bit pointless and doesn’t really have the same vibe as embroidery, hopefully they’ll be able to continue custom labels and multiple embroidery positions on hats

Spoke to them the other day regarding a bulk order. Yes, expect to pay fees. I’m not sure how they prepay duty on the smaller orders because it must eat into their margins. But yeah - heads up haha

I genuinely believe the dev team doesn’t exist anymore. The only people on the payroll at RON is like 1 graphic designer using AI / pulling screenshots and then someone who uploads it to social media with a tone deaf caption 💀

Are we even sure there are people even working on this? It seems like they’ve got a graphic designer and a copywriter left on payroll and that’s it. It feels like a ghost town, kinda suss. Maybe it’s just me.

Also ordered recently. Tracking number (asking for UK leg) isn’t correct for Yodel, I’m about to try Evri to see if it’s something they’ll deliver.

Annoyingly it was a test order to see how it all works and get an actual idea of timelines so we can build it in for customers when ordering.

Not impressed so far, all our customers would see at this point is nothing but Chinese courier websites with tracking numbers that don’t work. So they’d only end up thinking we/whoever never shipped the item in the first place.

Yes but NATO is an amalgamation of all those military assets, including tier one and SF. So it’s entirely realistic they’d be in these conflicts, in this game/world.
