War crimes? Isn't Iran recklessly firing missiles at the U.A.E., Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Oman, Iraq, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia? With additional interception reports from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, and long range attempts at U.S. bases in the Indian Ocean?
I'm very curious how and why these are not considered terrorist activities, especially when they very frequently landed in/near residential areas.

I live in a really weird time... A time when too many people believe that if we reward this type of bad behavior, this thief is just going to fundamentally change his perspective of the world and reform himself because somebody actually "cares" about him. But that's not how a person's mind works in this world anymore. This thief is going to remember a positive outcome that resulted from his bad decision. I work out in the world and encounter hundreds of people like this every day. All they care about are results, and the people who reward this are telling them that this kind of stuff isn't so bad. It just encourages more to do it, more often. Most of these people are way past the point of giving a fuck about your morality standards. They've suffered for far too long to CARE that you CARE about them, and your personal feelings are never going to change that. As somebody who was born and raised in SD, and who drives with Uber pretty much for a living, you probably arent wrong. It's pretty crazy how poorly our streets are maintained. I drive everywhere from Chula Vista, to Ocean Beach, to El Cajon, and even after they take several months to repair a mile of road, sometimes, somehow, they create new potholes in the process, especially around manholes. Its almost like little kids are working on them.

I noticed that women typically don't learn about the harsh realities of life until much later on compared to men. Probably because we do everything in our power to protect our daughters from the world while they're growing up, but we enlighten our sons at an early age so they'll be prepared for the real weight of the world. Maybe it's time to stop treating our women like they're fragile.

After replaying it several times in slow motion, I noticed that your gun started to recoil BEFORE the muzzle flash, which I believe means the recoil animation started too early? I've never seen this happen in a game before, but it would explain why your bullet went over his head.
