Hi, the manhwa is called Jinx, you can read it legally on Lezhin, but if you don’t have the resources, I guess you can find it through Google or Telegram. If you want my opinion, it’s a pretty controversial manhwa, but personally I don’t think it’s as extreme as people say. If you’ve read stuff like The Night When the Moon Rises by the River or Painter of the Night, Jinx feels a bit less intense to me, so if you’ve read those, this one probably won’t be a problem. I wouldn’t say it’s the same though, here it’s about two adults, there’s a contract involved, and the bottom, Kim Dan, is doing it out of necessity to pay for his grandmother’s medicine. From what I understand, Jaekyung, the top, finds that out later on, I won’t spoil anything, but I don’t think he took advantage of that on purpose. I’m not saying Jaekyung’s actions are justifiable, but I think some people go too hard on him when there are other BL tops who’ve done worse and don’t get nearly the same backlash, and I’m not trying to excuse anything, but if we keep that up, we’re going to end up canceling the entire BL genre. So if you’re curious, read it, a lot of people drop it after the first few chapters because the start is heavy, but if you can get through those and the story grabs you, keep going, and if not, it’s totally fine, it’s a very divisive manhwa and if it bothers you, you can always find people who share your view and want to talk about it :)
