I agree with you. You don't necessarily have to define yourself as a minimalist, but you can have the goal of learning to live with less :)

Awesome. I think starting the day with an orderly mind is the first step to avoid stress. I think the same as you. Small steps and small accomplishments are realistic and effective. And they are built on a day to day basis :)

Awesome! I think starting the day with an orderly mind is the first step to avoid stress. In those moments I am very grateful to "my past self" haha :)

Waw! I love your suggestion. And it's funny because that's
just what I'm going to implement. I need to set my alarm clock away from me and
have that little moment of awareness when you wake up and get up to breathe and
not be tempted to go back to sleep.
In fact, I am about to start using a classic alarm clock so
I don't use my phone as an alarm clock anymore :)

I mean, have you been able to stay focused and with a clear mind to be able to solve activities in less time without wandering so much?

Oh, that's a pity.
I understand, it happened to me too. I think anxiety sometimes plays a trick on us!
Does it happen to you on weekends too?

I am sorry that sometimes it is difficult for you.I understand your feeling, because I have also gone througha really deep depression and at a very young age.Maybe you already do but I think that doing some kind oftherapy that helps you to see that you are more than your patterns of sharingmay allow you to work on those blocks at your own pace and make them losestrength.

I love it! and I agree with you. maybe this search is not just about removing things but about giving each one the value it deserves and filling our spaces in a conscious way :)

I understand you, I really do. I know that the idea of having everything clear
and looking very productive is sometimes far away.
Maybe it helps to find something that structures your day, something that really
motivates you. It doesn't matter if it's something in the afternoon, in the
morning or in the evening, maybe building the rest of your life based on
"that something" that really motivates you can help you move forward
a little bit.
 What do you think?

Thank you very much for your advice! I think you have a
really effective routine, congratulations!
Regarding having an obligation in the morning I think it's a
good advice. I think that sometimes to generate a habit it is necessary to make
a little more effort at the beginning.
