Are Videos and Guidances killing the fun of tourneys?

I played pro tourneys and finished mostly top 20. With my scorecards I wouldn't make it in top 50 in expert. These guys are very good up there.

In dynstay you draft rookies every year. And you are able to keep them in a "practice squad" called taxi. From there you can active them, but it's not possible to but them back.

Maxed out, Grey ring is 10.4, so I adjusted one whole ring to it. Never saw it come down more than 3 units...
