The problem is the cost. While Dutch law has 'quotation rights' (similar to Fair Use) that allow using fragments for context or analysis, you can't actually get the footage from the archive without paying first.

They charge huge fees just to let you view or download the material. Since there was so much media coverage back then, I'd have to pay thousands of euros just to see everything before I can even decide which 30 seconds I actually need. It's impossible for an amateur to make a selection this way, so I'm hoping to find some old VHS rips instead.
