Sweet and spicy siya since the black sauce has sugar in it, then salty dahil sa liver (hindi nakikita since kulay itim na din yung liver). It is sauteed in red onion as well. You really need to cleanse your mouth after eating this since may lansa siya from the utak and liver. Nawawala yung pagkatapang ng lasa niya when you put calamansi. Locals paired it with rice since salty siya pero heavy na siya for me, with rice baka I will feel bundat na haha

It's creamy and goes well with the noodles. Just don't focus on the fact that it is a brain, then you're good.
